Direct beneficiaries and target groups of this project are:

• employees of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic, Financial Directorate of the SR, prosecutors and employees of other competent authorities;
• employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, customs officers, prosecutors, rescuers, fire-fighters, etc.

Secondary beneficiaries:

• employees of the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority;
• users of border crossings between Slovakia and Ukraine;
• Ukrainian and Slovak institutions that will be able in their activities to use the Joint Operational Concept created through this project, and information arising from threat assessment and identification of problem areas at the Slovakian-Ukrainian border.
